Christmas cookies are a must-have treat for the holiday meal. Here is a recipe for making these sweets. You can use asterisks, hearts, angels, snowflakes, fir trees to cut.

Necessary products:

chocolate - 250g.
pastry flour - 500g.
cow butter - 225g.
sugar - 225y.
eggs 3br.
vanilla - 4pcs.
a few drops of rum if desired

For the glaze:

2 protein
powdered sugar - 500g.
a few drops of vinegar / lemon juice - about 5g.

Method of preparation:

Melt the chocolate over low heat and mix with the butter.
Beat the eggs with sugar in a separate bowl, add a pinch of salt, flour and vanilla.
In the resulting mixture add the melted chocolate with butter and mix thoroughly.
Put the dough on a floured surface and knead it well.
Roll it into a layer about 5 mm thick.
Using a mold, cut out the figures from the rolled out dough.
Put them for ten to twelve minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
Remove and let cool.
Beat the proteins for 2-3 minutes with a mixer, add vinegar and continue to beat until the beat is very difficult (about 4-5 minutes). Add the 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and stir, then gradually add the remaining sugar. Decorate the cold cookies with a syringe bag or a syringe.
Cover the cookies and let them stand for a few hours to soften.
