Vacha is a dam in southern Bulgaria, in the region of the Rhodopes, along the river Vacha, on the border between Plovdiv, Smolyan and Pazardzhik and is part of the Dospat-Vacha cascade. The former name of the dam is Anton Ivanov. It is the largest dam of the river and one of the largest in Bulgaria in general. It is about 18 km long - from the Antonivanovtsi holiday station to the village of Mihalkovo. It provides part of the drinking water for Plovdiv and is used for irrigation of the Plovdiv field. The dam has the highest dam in Bulgaria - 144,5m.
