Village of Oreshak (Lovech District) is located in North-Western Bulgaria. It is part of Troyan Municipality. The village is located at the foot of the Balkan Mountains, on both sides of the Cherni Osam River, 2km southeast of the town of Troyan. In recent years, Oreshak has become increasingly popular as a destination for rural and eco tourism and has attracted many guests and tourists.

The Trojan Monastery is undoubtedly the largest historical and cultural landmark of Oreshak and this region. It is one of the largest and most famous Bulgarian monasteries.

The National Exhibition of Arts and Crafts in Oreshak Village is the only place in Bulgaria where masters from all over the country show their contemporary works.
